Preserving Honey

Did you know that honey was found in the ancient tombs of Egyptian pharaohs and was still edible? Honey is incredible and can last forever!!!

The important thing to do is store it correctly. 

My top tips for keeping your honey forever:

• Keep it in the jar it arrives in

• Make sure the lid is air tight 

• Keep it in a pantry and out of direct sunlight

If your honey crystallises, which all pure honey should, warm it up and it will become runny again!! Yummy!!
